I'm a little sad because news has reached me that Jenny from the Taft has died. I've always been fascinated by his story, his memory and his ways of making you give up your food in exchange of small talk. He was a part of Taft culture. What an end to a rather fabulous era. :( Moving on..
The painting is a part of the Mishi Arts Gallery on 445 Sutter St., the edifice is one of the hotels around the financial district. Both super expensive. Thus, the pairing.
Here are some of my finds during my "haunts" for "souvenirs" in San Francisco, Cute boys come out in Union Sq. edition. I would post the rest of the set but I'm only posting those who didn't come up to me after I have taken their picture. I'm not sure why I'm selectively posting. Maybe out of bitterness? Or you know.. out of the plain fact that I'm not sure if what I do is a criminal offense. The guy in the white shirt knew what I was doing, he was kind of smiling, but totally refused to give in when it was his turn. What a nut. (HAHA, NEWSFLASH: I'M THE NUT!!!)
Clockwise from left: Me out of work and just being lazy, some new stuff from Prada (ICE ICE BABY! TOO COLD, TOO COLD!), rotisserie chicken lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express and at Coach with my cousin who can give Wonderland's White Rabbit a run for his money. He's always late but loves being late because he gets to miss school and shop with me.
Clockwise from left: One of my favorite buildings on Powell St., the SF sightseeing double-decker bus ($25 for a day pass), the greatest place on earth (Gotta love Macy's!) and a member of the lonely hearts club all alone in the City of Hearts. ♥
Up next... some more pictures! What will life be like if not for the photographs that immortalize us everyday? Hehehe. Oh, admit it. We're all a little bit vain inside. Le sigh. Stay tuned! xx
